Full Reimbursement, with Certain Exclusions:
You’ll receive 100% reimbursement of the original purchase price of the machine.
Please note that specific costs are non-refundable, including:
Buy fees
Payment processing fees
Applicable taxes
Reconditioning or prep fees
Reimbursement Limitations:
Reimbursement is capped at 104% of the Wholesale National Average price, based on the hour meter reading at the time of purchase.
Eligibility Criteria:
This return policy is available to both individuals and dealers located in the United States, for purchases of machines located in the U.S. or Canada.
What Machines Qualify for the Return Policy?
Machines must meet all of the following requirements:
Sold in “As Is” condition
Have fewer than 100,000 hours
Purchase price exceeds $1,000
Gross vehicle weight (GVW) is over 1,000 lbs
Must be free of structural damage
Eligible inventory includes:
Agricultural and construction equipment
Forklifts
Commercial and off-road vehicles
ATVs
Trailers
Medium- and heavy-duty trucks
